Event Details

This will be a formal event, and we kindly ask guests to dress accordingly.
Men: Suit and tie are suggested. Tux if you’d like.
Ladies: A formal dress is recommended.

The ceremony will be held in the Chapel at Aria which is indoors. The cocktail hour will be on the terrace (weather permitting), and the reception will be in the indoor ballroom.

We recommend arriving by 3pm to allow time for parking and seating.
Venue & Logistics

Yes, Aria offers onsite complimentary parking for all wedding guests.

Yes, Aria is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps and elevators throughout the venue.

We will not be providing transportation between the hotel and venue. However, the hotel is only 5 minutes away, and both Uber and taxi services are readily available. Reach out to Steve and Ashley in advance if you need any help with transportation.
Guest Experience

Due to venue capacity constraints, we can only accommodate those guests named on your invitation. If your invitation includes "and Guest," you are welcome to bring one guest with you.

Yes, we will have an open bar throughout the cocktail hour and reception.

We can't give away all the surprises, you'll have to come to find out!

We kindly ask all our guests to allow our photographer to do his best work during the ceremony by remaining in your seat, and turning off your flash. That being said, we encourage everyone to capture all the little moments and share them with us after the big day! There will be a scannable QR code provided on the day of the wedding for this purpose.
